#WIN Special K Granola here

SLIMMERS GO FRUIT AND NUTS FOR NEW SPECIAL K GRANOLA

Getting into shape in the New Year can be tough – there are times when you crave a delicious treat but you still want to feel good about your choice.
Now women can enjoy more of the taste they love at breakfast thanks to Special K which has launched its first-ever granola for slimmer's.
Women are set to go fruit and nuts for new Special K Granola with its delicious five grain recipe, made from Oats, Barley, Wheat, Spelt, and Rye- and it’s 30 per cent less fat than most other granolas.

It is also fortified with 6 B vitamins and iron and will be available in two juicy varieties: Raisins & Red Apples; and Cranberry, Pumpkin Seeds & Almonds - bursting with real fruit and nut inclusions.

I always seem to skip breakfast as I am not a huge fan of cereal so I either go without till lunch time or have a piece of toast with butter or marmalade which to me never seems like a healthy breakfast. I have recently been attending my local gym for the past 3 weeks now and have been looking for so many healthier options to suit my new diet and gym life style, So when I was offered to try some of special Ks new Granola flavours I just couldn't say no I as it has all the goodness I need for a healthier breakfast not only is it 30 per cent less fat it also has a source of iron which is something I need quite a bit of having suffered anaemia throughout my life. I had my first bowl of Special K Granola with Cranberry , pumpkin seeds and Almonds this morning and would have to say its was very nice definitely a healthier option I didn't feel as bloated afterwards.
I have taken a real liking to Special K granola and so has my children which is such a surprise.

I have been given the chance to run a competition for one of my lucky reader to win a case of each flavour Granola you can Enter through the rafflecopter below:
