America’s favourite energy bar, CLIF Bar has arrived to help keep you on-the-go, whenever and wherever you need a boost.
The CLIF Bar equation is simple – put good food in to get good performance out.  Combining wholesome, delicious ingredients including organic rolled oats and organic dates all wrapped up in a moist, fulfilling bar, CLIF Bar is a source of protein and fibre and contains 11 vitamins including B6 and B12 which contribute to the normal release of energy for use in the body.
Carbohydrate rich, the energy bar also supplies working muscles with the fuel they need for extended periods of activity – helping you to stay stronger for longer.
And thanks to its portable design and great taste alongside maker Clif Bar & Company’s commitment to sustainable production, CLIF Bar can be used as a source of energy for active people who respect their bodies and the world around them.
So whether you’re cycling to work, exploring a new country footpath or simply looking for a tasty and nutritious snack to get you through a busy afternoon, CLIF Bar is built to sustain your adventure.
CLIF Bar is available in six delicious flavours – Chocolate Chip, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin Walnut, Blueberry Crisp, Chocolate Almond Fudge and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut.

I was sent three Clif energy bars to try they were Blueberry, Chocolate Almond Fudge and White Chocolate. I hadn't heard of Clif bars before until now and couldn't wait to try them once they arrived, The first thing that I liked about the Clif bars was the fact they helped give you an energy boost which is just what I was looking for as its something I am lacking a lot of lately, I am currently always on the go from morning till night I also attend my local gym twice a week so when I heard about Clif energy bars I just had to give them a try. Not only do Clif bars help give that little energy boost your body needs they are packed full of vitamins and all the goodness you need for a healthy life style.
My favourite bar was believe it or not was the chocolate almond fudge which I must admit didn't look the most appealing bar out of the three.

#WIN Special K Granola here

SLIMMERS GO FRUIT AND NUTS FOR NEW SPECIAL K GRANOLA

Getting into shape in the New Year can be tough – there are times when you crave a delicious treat but you still want to feel good about your choice.
Now women can enjoy more of the taste they love at breakfast thanks to Special K which has launched its first-ever granola for slimmer's.
Women are set to go fruit and nuts for new Special K Granola with its delicious five grain recipe, made from Oats, Barley, Wheat, Spelt, and Rye- and it’s 30 per cent less fat than most other granolas.

It is also fortified with 6 B vitamins and iron and will be available in two juicy varieties: Raisins & Red Apples; and Cranberry, Pumpkin Seeds & Almonds - bursting with real fruit and nut inclusions.

I always seem to skip breakfast as I am not a huge fan of cereal so I either go without till lunch time or have a piece of toast with butter or marmalade which to me never seems like a healthy breakfast. I have recently been attending my local gym for the past 3 weeks now and have been looking for so many healthier options to suit my new diet and gym life style, So when I was offered to try some of special Ks new Granola flavours I just couldn't say no I as it has all the goodness I need for a healthier breakfast not only is it 30 per cent less fat it also has a source of iron which is something I need quite a bit of having suffered anaemia throughout my life. I had my first bowl of Special K Granola with Cranberry , pumpkin seeds and Almonds this morning and would have to say its was very nice definitely a healthier option I didn't feel as bloated afterwards.
I have taken a real liking to Special K granola and so has my children which is such a surprise.

I have been given the chance to run a competition for one of my lucky reader to win a case of each flavour Granola you can Enter through the rafflecopter below:
